Returns & Exchanges

Please print and fill out the revocation form for returns or exchanges, and include it with your return shipment, or send us a photo or scan of it to info@t-nerds.de. Please note that we only accept returns of items that are in their original packaging, unwashed, and show no signs of use.

You are responsible for covering the costs of return shipping and the additional shipping fee of €4.90 in the event of a size exchange. Our bank details are available upon request to info@t-nerds.de.

Once we receive and process your return, we will refund your money or send you a new item, provided there are no issues from our side and the reshipment has been paid for. Refunds will always be issued using the same method of payment you used for the original transaction. If you paid by bank transfer, please also include your bank details (account holder's name and IBAN) with your return shipment, or send them to us via email at info@t-nerds.de.
